This is our premium product range, designed and manufactured by us in New Zealand. Compatible with both low and mains pressure water supplies and a wetback. Circulating pumps and controllers are not required. This product is ideal for anyone who wants exceptional all year solar water heating but does not have a reliable electricity supply or is 'off the grid'.
We combined our high performance HP70 and HP100 Solar Fin Vacuum tube solar collectors with a locally manufactured hot water storage cylinder. Water within the storage cylinder is heated indirectly by the vacuum tube condenser via a copper heat exchanger. The vacuum tubes can therefore be removed at will, without losing water.
When matched to your hot water consumption the unit will provide between 75% and 85% of your annual hot water heating needs using solar alone. Any top up heating can be provided by a wetback or a gas califont with bypass valve connect to the hot water outlet. Electric elements can be fitted if a wetback is not available.
